This tea is inspired by Finnish Midsummer. The scent of birch is in the air and everything is blooming. It is a feeling of abundance as the sun shines day and night. On any given day you can pick several herbs growing near your home or cottage and make a tea that tastes fresh and summery. This is the taste of Finnish Midsummer that I want to share.
