An uplifting tonic tea with a delightful Roseroot and Licorice taste. Roseroot is known as the ‘Ginseng of the North’ because of its adaptogenic and tonic properties that help boost the body and mind.

Ingredients: Roseroot, Milky Oat Pods, Nettle leaf, St. Johns Wort, Licorice root, Fennel seeds Ingredients (latin): Rhodiola rosea, Avena sativa, Urtica dioica, Hypericum spp., Glycyrrhiza glabra, Foeniculum vulgare

Country of origin: Finland (Fennel from USA).

Long term use not recommended for those taking antidepressant medication or for those with hypertension. St Johns Wort may cause photosensitivity.

Directions: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2 tsp of herbs. Steep 5-8 minutes. Strain. Add honey or sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
