Bergenia herb is naturally fermented under the snow and is a traditional Siberian beverage that folks drink to boost the immune system and improve stamina. Bergenia also grows happily in many Finnish gardens. I have added Rosehips and Fireweed flowers to compliment Bergenias deep earthy flavor.
Ingredients: Bergenia leaf fermented, Fireweed flowers, Rose hips Ingredients (latin): Bergenia crassifolia, Chamaenerion angustifolia, Rosa canina
Country of origin: Finland (Rosehips from USA)
Directions: Pour one cup of boiled water over 1-2 tsp of herbs. Steep 5-8 minutes. Strain. Add honey or sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
