Ingredients
- 2 dl plain yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 235g spelt flour
- 15g Natural Nordic nettle powder (or any other flavor according to your taste)
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- salt
Directions
- Mix the yogurt and oil.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and nettle powder (or any other flavor).
- Knead the dough for a couple of minutes to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Place the dough on a table and roll it out to approx. 1 cm thick.
- Cut the dough using a glass.
- Bake in a hot, dry pan on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. (Dip the rim in flour first to prevent the dough from getting stuck.)
- Let cool on a rack and enjoy your healthy and tasty bread!
