Ingredients
- 35g rolled oats

40g almond flour

25g your choice of protein powder (e.g. vanilla flavored with seeds and nuts)

2 tbsp Natural Nordic berry powder of your choice (or mix):

Natural Nordic bilberry powder

/Natural Nordic lingonberry powder

/Natural Nordic sea buckthorn powder

6 dates, soaked and chopped
- 90g peanut butter (softened)
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Chop the dates and soak them in hot water until tender.
- Crush the soaked dates and stir them in.
- Add the softened peanut butter and mix until combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of water.
- Wet your hands and form the batter into small balls. Balls are ready to be served right away.
- Protein-rich berry powder balls will last in the fridge in a sealed container for about a week.
