- 0.5 broccoli
- 1 small onion
- 1 middle-sized cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- herbs and seeds for decoration

- Begin by cutting up all the ingredients into roughly equal sizes to ensure even cooking.
- Place the chopped ingredients into a large pot.
- Pour water into the pot, ensuring that all ingredients are covered.
- Place the pot on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, let the ingredients cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until all the vegetables, especially the cauliflower, are soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Once cooked, carefully transfer the soup mixture to a blender.
- Purée the soup in the blender until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. Ensure the blender's lid is secure to avoid hot splashes.
