Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic bilberry powder
-
(or 2 tbsp Natural Nordic ORGANIC bilberry powder)
- 2 pitted dates (substitutable with 1 banana)
- 2 tbsp Espresso coffee
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 2 dl almond milk
- 1 tbsp additive-free peanut butter
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Serve in the dish of your choice.
