Ingredients
- 300g almonds or mixed nuts
- 180g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Natural Nordic berry powder (desired flavor)
- 20 dates
- 65g pecan nuts (omit or reduce the amount for a sweeter pie)
- 1 dl water
- 1 tbsp psyllium powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 tsp Natural Nordic spruce sprout powder
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic lingonberry powder
- spices to taste (your own preferences, e.g. cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg)

Directions
Blend all crust ingredients in a food processor to form a dough.
- Press into the base of a springform pan.
- Blend all filling ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Spread over the crust.
