Nordic duo of pumpkin hummuses made with Natural Nordic Energy berry and herb powder and sea buckthorn powder.

Ingredients
Base ingredients

150 g roasted Hokkaido pumpkin

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

A pinch of salt and pepper

A tiny bit of garlic

A very small splash of lemon juice (optional)

A small amount of vegetable broth (to help blending)

Directions
Base
Roast the pumpkin with skin until soft, remove seeds.
Blend the pumpkin with a bit of broth.
Add tahini, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a touch of garlic.
Mix until creamy and smooth.
Divide into two equal portions.
Version 1
Add 1 teaspoon Energy berry and herb powder
Provides vitamin C, antioxidants, berry acidity
Ingredients of Energy berry and herb powder: sea buckthorn, raspberry, chokeberry, spruce sprout
Version 2
Add 1/2 teaspoon sea buckthorn powder
Very vitamin-rich, bright citrus notes, strong antioxidants
Note: Use less because the flavour is powerful
