Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ onion
- 1 dl cream

25g Natural Nordic trumpet chanterelle powder

or other Natural Nordic mushroom powder
- 6 dl skim milk
Directions
- Mince the onion finely.
- In a pot, sauté the minced onion in butter until translucent.
- Add the powder followed by the liquids to the pot.
- Mix everything well and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until it achieves a smooth and creamy texture.
- Pour into cups or glasses and serve as a drinkable soup.
