Ingredients
- Vinegared rice ... about 2 Japanese rice cups
- Natural Nordic nettle-lingonberry powder
- Nori for sushi rolls ... as appropriate
- Your favorite sushi ingredients... e.g. salmon, tuna, avocado, kimchi, cream cheese, scallions
Directions
- Cook rice in the same amount of water, and when it is finished, sprinkle sushi vinegar on it and mix well.
- Before the rice cools, sprinkle plenty of nettle-lingonberry powder and mix well to make mixed rice.
- Make sushi rolls using your favorite ingredients. It goes well with cream cheese, avocado, etc.
Recipe Note
When combined with vinegared rice, nettle powder tastes like green laver, and lingonberry powder tastes like plum. You can enjoy healthy and delicious sushi that is full of nutrients such as vitamins, dietary fiber, calcium and magnesium.
