Ingredients

180g spelt flour
- 35g oats
- 1 tbsp Natural Nordic sea buckthorn powder
- 60g cane sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 dl oil
- 2.5 dl plant-based milk
- 3 apples (sliced, chopped or grated)

50g cold butter, cubed
- 40g cane sugar
- 25g oats
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic sea buckthorn powder
- 60g spelt flour

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add in oil and plant-based milk, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined rectangular baking dish or pie pan.
- Spread apples over the batter.
- For the crumble topping: combine all ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve e.g. with vanilla ice cream.
