Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 55g cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150g wholewheat flour
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic bilberry powder
- 2 dl quark
- 2 dl crème fraîche
- 2 eggs
- 55g cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Natural Nordic bilberry powder

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Grease and breadcrumb a pie dish.
- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg.
- Mix in the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and bilberry powder.
- Press the dough into the pie dish.
- Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the crust.
- Bake the tart at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
- Let it cool and optionally garnish with powdered sugar before serving.
