Ingredients
1 sweet potato
- 30g oats flour
- 1 tbsp Natural Nordic nettle-lingonberry powder
- 90g rice flour
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
Bake the sweet potato in the oven until soft, spoon out the flesh and mashed it in a bowl.
- Mix all dry ingredients with the mashed sweet potato.
- Add the coconut oil last.
- Use the molds, cookie cutter or just cut with a knife the shapes you want to make the treats.
- Bake the treats in the oven for about 10-15 minutes in 180°C.
