Ingredients
- 55g oats
- 130g wholewheat flour (or a flour mix of your choice)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Natural Nordic horn of plenty powder
- 1 tbsp Natural Nordic Wild Power powder
- pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
- 100g cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 3 tbsp oat milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃.
- In a big bowl, mix all dry ingredients and sieve the mixture into a food processor or a high-powered blender.
- Add sugar and cold butter cubes to the mixture.
- Pulse the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the oat milk and continue to pulse until the mixture forms a ball.
- Roll out the dough thin without cracking it.
- Cut the dough with a pizza cutter into squares, and dock with a fork.
- Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
