Directions
Preheat the oven to 100-150°C
Place the nuts in separate oven-proof dishes or spread them out in separate chunks on a baking tray.
Pop them in the oven and roast for 10 - 25 minutes. Lighter, more tender nuts like pecans and walnuts take less time, whereas denser nuts like almonds and hazelnuts take more time to finish roasting.
Mix the desired seasonings and sprinkle evenly on the roasted nuts. Serve warm.
