Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 125g almond flower
- 90g oats
- 35g walnuts
- 40g flaxseed powder
- 3-4 tbsp Natural Nordic bilberry powder

(or 3-4 tbsp Natural Nordic ORGANIC bilberry powder)
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 0,5 dl olive oil
- 0,5 dl water (or the amount needed)
- spices of your choice (e.g. vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, orange peel)
Directions
- Grind the nuts, flaxseed, and oatmeal in a food processor to obtain a floury mixture.
- Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- In the end, add water gradually, paying attention to the thickness of the dough. When the dough has a consistency of muffin dough, fill the muffin cups evenly.
- Bake at 175°C for about 35 minutes.
Recipe Note
You can brush cashew cream or sprinkle berry powder on the muffin tops - or you can go wild and add both.
