Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic cranberry powder
- 3 dl water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Prepared cranberry-chia kissel
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 3.5 dl natural yogurt

Prepare the cranberry-chia kissel
- In a bowl, mix the cranberry powder, water, and chia seeds until well combined.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator, allowing it to set. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Once set, the kissel should be thickened and chilled. It can also be used as an ingredient in other layered desserts, cakes, or enjoyed on its own.
Assemble the dessert
- In a serving dish or glass, create layers by alternating between the cranberry kissel, sliced kiwi, and natural yogurt.
- Ensure the yogurt forms the final top layer for a smooth finish.
