A smooth and satisfying plant-based dessert made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients. This velvety tofu chocolate mousse is naturally thickened with chia seeds and topped with a hint of tart raspberry powder for a Nordic twist.

Ingredients

100g vegan dark chocolate, melted
- 200g silken tofu
- 200ml almond milk (or plant-based drink of choice)
- 25g chia seeds

Natural Nordic raspberry powder, for garnish (or other Natural Nordic berry powder)
Directions
Melt the dark chocolate gently (in a microwave or over a water bath).
- Add ingredients - melted chocolate, silken tofu, and almond milk - to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add chia seeds into the mixture before making the portions.
- Pour into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with Natural Nordic raspberry powder.
- Enjoy chilled!
