Ingredients
- 2 bunches dark grapes
- 1 red apple
- 4 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp Natural Nordic lingonberry powder

(or 1 tbsp Natural Nordic ORGANIC lingonberry powder)
- 1 drop Young Living orange essential oil
- ¼ pomegranate
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 blood oranges
- a pinch of rose salt
Directions
- Measure out and chop all required ingredients.
- Place them into a blender.
- Add water until the ingredients are just covered.
- Blend on high until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into your preferred glass or cup and enjoy!
